Every FMDH employee is allowed to select one gift.

We have samples of each of our gift options and sizes for you to look at. They are located on the third floor in the lobby area. If they're not there, they are temporarily in the Inpatient Wing, but there will be a sign letting you know when the shop will be back on 3rd Floor. Feel free to stop by and browse.

No. We have paper order slips available by the items on display on the 3rd floor. However, we do request that you fill out an online order form if you are able to.

All of the items are available for purchase. You can contact Katie Gibson for an order form. All purchases must be paid for at the time that you place your order.

Your gift will be available at the 3rd floor Open House on Tuesday, December 15. Not working or able to pick up your gift on the day of the open house? No worries! Your supervisor will take special care of your item until you are able to pick it up.

If we do not receive an order from you by the deadline, we will order a generic gift for you :)
